Privacy Notice
This notice explains the operational data used to generate and deliver the Sovereign Protocol digital report.
- Data collected: name, email, birth date, optional birth time, birth place, billing jurisdiction, selected focus area and payment session metadata.
- Controller identity: Luigi Piromalli, operator of SecretOffers.club / Sovereign Protocol. Privacy contact: privacy@secretoffers.club. Legal contact: legal@secretoffers.club.
- Actual providers: hosting provider for site delivery and technical logs; Stripe for payment, tax and transaction metadata; email delivery provider for delivery and support messages; internal report generation engine. No external AI provider, analytics provider or Meta/TikTok/Google advertising pixel is declared active in this version.
- Retention categories: report intake data up to 90 days; payment metadata up to 10 years where required for tax/accounting duties; support tickets up to 90 days; technical logs up to 90 days unless security requires longer; tax and accounting records under applicable law.
- Legal basis: processing is based on contract performance for report generation and delivery, consent where required, legitimate interest for fraud prevention and legal obligation for accounting/dispute records.
- Purpose: intake processing, digital report generation, checkout completion, fraud prevention, customer support and legal record keeping.
- Payment data: card details are processed by Stripe Checkout. This site does not store full card numbers.
- AI/automated processing: submitted data is processed by the internal report generation logic. If an external AI/report generation API is connected later, this notice must be updated before activation and the relevant provider category must be disclosed.
- International transfers: providers may process data outside the user country or EEA where appropriate contractual safeguards or provider compliance mechanisms apply.
- Rights: users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable by contacting privacy@secretoffers.club.
- Complaint authority: users may contact their local data protection authority where applicable.
- Contact: use the localized support channel on the contact page and include the checkout email.
